This study examines the role of cultural heritage in promoting tourism in Nakhchivan, focusing on historical monuments, museums, intangible cultural heritage and sustainability-oriented tourism policies. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology based on document analysis and secondary sources, the research evaluates current tourism practices and their socio-economic implications. The findings indicate that cultural tourism in Nakhchivan contributes not only to regional economic growth but also to heritage preservation and cultural identity.
